For full obituary, please visit www.traditioncare.com Dennis followed in his grandfather and father’s footsteps and built his career in the Stock Market industry with Holt and Collins and Portsmouth Financial Services. He leaves behind a successful business of which he was President and C.E.O. at Portsmouth Financial Services. Den began his trade when he was in high school at Holt and Collins during the summers. He attended San Diego State University and upon completion returned home to work at Holt and Collins with his dad. In 2005, Dennis and Brenda moved to Pleasant Hill, California to raise their girls, Sophia and Tessa. Dennis engaged in coaching both girls little league softball teams. He attended and cheered the girls on in their stage production performances and swim meets in the summer. He helped build pens for the 4-H swine project that both girls were involved in and enjoyed the contra costa county fair livestock showmanship and auctions. Dennis loved his girls and all their accomplishments and was their biggest silent cheerleader. He had a love for fishing trips with his brothers and all Bay Area Sports and recently began playing on a local Bocce Ball team. But baseball games with the family were the best, especially with great office seats in the new stadium. Taken way to soon. Den was not a man of many words, but you always knew he was thinking cleaver thoughts. You will be missed deeply and you were loved.
