Roxie Evelyn Ballard passed away on July 26, 2014; she was 87. Roxie was born in Kentucky on June 10, 1927. She was a wonderful wife and mother who will be missed by her family and all those who knew her. Roxie was preceded in death by her husband. She will be laid to rest at Oak View Memorial Park in Antioch, CA.
