Ricky Eugene O'Shia passed away on October 11, 2018; he was 64. Ricky was born in California on June 26, 1954. He served his country in the US Army and will be laid to rest at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery with military honors. He will be deeply missed by his wife Jennifer, his children and all those who knew him. Services were held with burial at Sacramento Valley National Cemtery in Dixon.
