Andrew T. Hass Jr. of Alamo died on May 12, 2014 at the age of 92. He was born on April 18, 1922 in San Francisco. He owned a CPA firm in San Francisco for 40 years and was known throughout the state of California as a philanthropist. He was a proud graduate and benefactor of Pomona College, Claremont, CA. He will often be remembered for the beauty of his gardens. Survived by his wife of 65 years, Annette G. Hass, daughters, Carol H. Martin-Perkins (James), Claire H. Rossi (Donald), sister, Emily H. Dorr, 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his son, Edward Louis Hass. Private services were held.
