JAMES COLLON MARSHALL 10/09/1942 - 02/11/2021 James Marshall is the beloved son of Edward Leon Marshall and Jessie Lee Mike of Bloomington and Victoria, Texas. His life credentials include: ex-military (U.S. Army); medic; Korean War veteran; ex-basketball player (Army); former physicians assistant and emergency room technician (U.C. Medical Center, San Francisco); retired pallet business owner/operator (M & M Pallet Company, Union City, CA); Govenor: Moose Lodge 550, El Sobrante, CA; Clamper in good standing (E. Clampus Vitus); author (Port Costa-Port Chaw, A Journal of Record); community activist; husband; father; grandfather; friend; companion; teacher; caretaker; master gardener; gourmet cook; fisherman and family man. Mr. Marshall was preceded in death by his son James Eugene Marshall. He is survived by his wife, Jeannette; his son, George W. Bernard, III, his grandchildren, Akilah T. Bernard, Desmond James and Taveis James Marshall - of California; the Marshall's, the Green's and the Mike's of Corpus Christi and San Antonio, Texas; and by a host of close companions and friends worldwide.
