Obituary of Christian James Rocha

Christian J. Rocha, resident of Brentwood, passed unexpectedly on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at the age of 19 from injuries sustained in a two car, head on collision on Route 4 at Dunton Road in northern Stanislaus County. Christian was born January 20, 2002, at 6:01pm in Rockford, Illinois and moved to Brentwood in 2013. He graduated from La Paloma High School in 2020. He was enrolled in Los Medanos College to pursue a degree in physical therapy and worked part-time at Amazon distribution center. He enjoyed hiking, working out, video games, and spending time with friends and family. He had a charismatic, outgoing personality and loved to make everyone around him laugh. He enjoyed the outdoor activities, basketball, skate boarding, camping and the beach. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him. He is survived by his Parents; Renee and Josh Henry; Sister, Autumn Henry; Brothers, Jacob, and Samuel Henry; Grandparents, Richard and Judy Brien, Charles, and Janice Henry; many cousins, aunts and uncles who loved him dearly. He is predeceased by his Grandfather, Vicharn Younvanich. A funeral service is scheduled for 2pm on November 15, 2021, at Laurel Ridge Community Church at 2459 Laurel Road in Oakley, CA. Public viewing for friends and loved ones begins at 1pm. Friends and family are welcome to a gathering at the family’s home immediately following the service.
