After a very long battle with Alzheimer's, Mrs. Mozelle Nutt passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2007. Mozelle was a native of Odon, Indiana and a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois where she earned a B.A. degree in Business. Mozelle started her career as a public school teacher and later became a private piano teacher. The calling she took most seriously was her role as a mother and herservice as a pastor's wife. Mozelle worked side-by-side with her husband, Selden, as they pastored together for 37 years in the Church of the Nazarene on the Northern California district.Mozelle is survived by her daughters, Linda Cole, Luanne Fose, Rachelle LaPan, son-in-law Rick Cole, and grandchildren Drew and Clare Cole. She is best remembered as a "June Cleaver mother," a gracioushostess, and a dedicated Sunday School teacher.
