Kenneth Max Soper was born to Everett LaVerne and Edna Marie Soper on July 27,1929 in Madison, Kansas. He grew up with his brothers Don and Jack and younger sister Rosalie.He joined the Air Force at age 17 on the buddy system with his brother Don. They were stationed in Okinawa, Japan and he always had stories to tell about that time.He was married in 1950 to Elnora Yoder and they had three daughters, Charla, Karen and Cheryl.Ken enjoyed playing practical jokes on people and making milk jug bombs! He loved interacting with and helping people, and always practiced his Spanish on poor unsuspecting waitresses! He enjoyed walks, nature, and playing with his dog Zoey. He loved puttering around outside and working in his garden.Ken and his wife Harolyn were very active in their church. He was faithful in serving the Lord and enjoyed spreading God's word.They spent their summers in Wisconsin and winters in Texas and had many dear friends in both places.He is survived by Harolyn his wife, daughters Charla Atwood of Antioch, CA., Karen McCurdy of Bandon Oregon, and Cheryl Seefeldt of Germantown, Wisconsin. He is also survived by his brother Don and sister-in-law Lorita of Green Valley, AZ. and sister Rosalie Craig of El Dorado, Kansas. His brother Jack proceeded him in death in 1993. Ken had 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren who loved him dearly
