Obituary of James Couch

In Loving Memory James Alphonso Couch It wasn't your time to go, they took that away from you. No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it and only God knows why. If our tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, we would walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again. You are in our hearts forever, until we meet again. James was born in Yuba City, CA July 2, 1986; 19 years old. Moved from Marysville, CA when he was four years old with mother and brother. Lived in Antioch and Bay Point, CA. James loved his family and friends very much; and was himself loved and adored by many people. Preceded in death by his father Joey Lessley Sr. one year ago, grandparents Alphonso and Martha Couch, grandma Mildred Lessley and aunt Janis Hicks a few months before. Survived by his mother Brenda Couch and brother Vincent Couch both of Antioch and step father John Glaves of Bay Point, CA., grandpa Jay Lessley of Sheridan, CA, brother Joey Lessley Jr. of Wheatland, CA, sister Angela Lessley of Redding, CA, brother John Glaves Jr. and sister Cheryl Glaves both of Bay Point, CA, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins all over. Services for family and friends will be held at Immanuel Church, 55 E. 18th St. in Antioch at 1:30 PM on Jan. 12, 2006, followed by burial at Oak View Memorial Park, 2500 E. 18th St. in Antioch.
