Obituary of Lordes Elliott

Lordes was born March 28, 1939 and passed away September 29, 2005 after a brief, but, courageous battle with cancer at Sutter Delta Hospital with many family members in attendance. Lordes was a native Californian, born on Twitchell Island. She was raised and attended school in Isleton, CA and graduated from Rio Vista High School. After many years of traveling, Lordes decided to become a car sales person and settled in Antioch for the last 25 years. In 2004, she retired from Brentwood Dodge. In the preceding years, as homemaker, her children were very dear to her. She enjoyed boating, fishing, her annual vacation to Puerto Vallarta and family gatherings. Lordes, known as "Lola" by her family was prededed in death by her husband, William Elliott, retired E-9 USAF, her father, Abing Modelo, mother, Agripina Pontod Villamor, and her brother Andrew Modelo. Lola is survived by her long time companion Kenn Roloff, granddaughter Cameo Bennett and grandson Jacob Elliott, her son Dante Elliott and daughter-in-law Lori, and son Dominic Elliott, and daughter Danielle Sellers. Also, granddaughter Emily Elliott and grandsons Michael and Eli Elliott, sisters Rio Maglinte, Rita Kilat, Nattie Villamor and Susan Villamor, brothers Vincent J. Modelo, Rudy Modelo and Joe Villamor. There are many nieces and nephews. Lordes was a fun loving person who will be missed by all who knew her. A memorial mass will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church in Isleton, at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2005.
